Obtain the authorised copy of the will from the notary
Why it matters
The will names heirs and the executor and is required for the inheritance process.
How to do it
- The Últimas Voluntades certificate tells you which notary holds the will.
- Contact that notary and request a copia autorizada (you must prove you are an interested party).
